The cottage is ideal for 5 adults or 4 adults + 1–2 children, offering enough comfort for a relaxing weekend or a longer getaway.

Recele Tiny Nest is located in Ilva Mare, Bistrița-Năsăud County, in an easily accessible area from several large cities.
Indicative distances:
• Bistrița – ~53 km
• Năsăud – ~44 km
• Vatra Dornei – ~ 40 km
• Cluj-Napoca – ~150 km
• Suceava – ~160 km
Nearest airport:
✈️ Cluj-Napoca International Airport (approx. 2h30 by car)
Ilva Mare is located on the Iași – Timișoara railway line, with a stop in Ilva Mare / Lunca Ilvei / Măgura Ilvei, and on request we offer transfer from the station 🤗
🚗 Car access to the cottage
From the county road DJ172D, you still have about 400–500 m on a paved road (currently under rehabilitation – we hope to be completed as soon as possible).
🟢 In favorable weather conditions (without heavy snow, ice or torrential rains), this portion can be covered without problems, ideally with a car with a slightly higher guard.
For maximum comfort, you have several options:
- Get in your personal car
- Leave the car safely at the bottom of the road. Use our car for the last portion, whenever you need it (50 lei/stay)
- We offer you transfer at check-in & check-out, for luggage
❄️ Winter access - when there is a lot of snow
In winter, access by own car is recommended only if:
• is 4x4
• has appropriate winter tires
If the weather is not favorable or you simply prefer a more convenient option, you can leave your car at the intersection and we will help you with the transport to the cottage.
Regardless of the season, we find together the simplest solution for you to arrive relaxed and stress-free 🌲✨
Other things to note
To keep the atmosphere quiet and for each guest to enjoy the experience, please keep in mind the following:
💧 The water is 100% drinkable, coming from its own spring and filtered at the entrance to the cottage.
🧺 Washing machine is available on request (in separate space).
For the safety and proper functioning of the cottage:
🚭 Smoking is strictly forbidden indoors (only outdoors in the designated areas).
🚽 Please do not throw toilet paper or other objects into the toilet bowl (system specific to mountain areas).
👥 The maximum number of people is 5 adults
🎉 No parties allowed.
👶 The cottage is not rented to minors
🔥 The fire (fireplace, barbecue, brazier) must be used responsibly and must not be left unattended.
🛟 The cottage is equipped with:
• smoke sensor, carbon monoxide sensor
• gas sensor
• fire extinguisher
• first aid kit
📹 There is an outdoor surveillance camera only in the parking area and entrance (for safety, without affecting privacy).
