The space
Bedroom: Equipped with 1 double bed, air conditioning (split) and storage space.
• Living Room: It has a comfortable double sofa bed.
• Extra Accommodations: We provide 8 quality single mattresses (which can be used in the living room or bedroom).
• Bathrooms: There are 2 full and clean bathrooms.
• Kitchen: Equipped with stove, refrigerator and basic utensils for preparing your meals.
Leisure and Outdoor Areas:
• Private Pool: With the heater differential, allowing use on colder days.
• Gourmet Area: Masonry barbecue with support space for the leisure area.
• Garage: Covered and safe space for 1 to 3 cars
Guest access
• Exclusive Access: Guests will have full and private access to all areas of the property. This includes the bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, heated pool, barbecue area, and garage.
• Check-in: Check-in can be done in person or through a key box, depending on the time. We'll let you know the details and location of the key in the week of your stay.
• Privacy: There are no shared areas or rooms with other guests or owners. The house is entirely yours during the booking period, ensuring total privacy.
Other things to note
• House Rules:
• HOUSE CONTROLS: Please do not touch the pool control panel or water valves (wall faucets/valves). If any problems occur (such as lack of water or heating failure), ask for our help immediately to avoid damage.
• Quiet Hours: We ask that noise be moderate and that we respect the neighborhood, especially after 10 p.m.
• Smoking: No smoking in the house. Please only use the outdoor areas (barbecue/pool).
• Pool: The pool has a heater, but please supervise children at all times in the pool area.
• Cleaning: We request that dishes and garbage be disposed of properly at check-out.
• Bed Linen: We provide 8 blankets and 8 pillows for your stay.
• IMPORTANT: We do not provide bath towels – please bring your own!
• Fees and Liability: Any structural damage or damage to household items (furniture, appliances, decorations) caused by the guest will be charged at the end of the stay.
