Welcome to the Blueberry Suite, a bright and comfortable legal basement suite with a private side entrance. Enjoy the entire lower level featuring a king size bedroom with a cozy mattress, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, full bathroom with tub & shower. In-suite washer and dryer.

Located in Livingston NW, just 15 minutes from YYC Airport, 10 minutes from CrossIron Mills Mall, and within easy driving distance to Banff National Park and Kananaskis.

The space
You will have the entire lower basement suite to yourself with a private entrance. The space includes a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, a bright living room, full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and access to the laundry room. Self check-in is available via lockbox for a smooth and flexible arrival.

Our family lives in the main level and upper floors of the home, including a 3 year old child. While the suite is fully private, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds, including daytime noise from a young child. We do not have pets and we ask guests to observe quiet hours between 9 pm and 9 am.

Please be mindful when cooking foods that produce heavy smoke such as bacon, toast, or fried foods. The smoke alarm system is connected throughout the house, so if one alarm is triggered, all alarms will sound.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy a fully private suite with their own entrance. Please note that the home is owner occupied, and normal household noise may be heard from the family living upstairs. Parking is available on the side of the driveway, as well as free street parking. Guests are responsible for observing all posted street signage and restrictions. Secure self check in via lockbox will be provided on the day of check in at noon.
