Welcome to the Raspberry Inn, a Victorian gem nestled in the heart of Bridgewater, hosted by HelmsBnB. Built in the 1800s and renovated in 2022, our historic home seamlessly blends old-world charm with modern conveniences to offer an unforgettable getaway.

With five spacious bedrooms with 7 beds (+ queen pullout couch) and five bathrooms - three of which are ensuite - two living rooms with smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room, there's ample space for your group of family and friends to spread out and relax. You can also enjoy the two inviting porches with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail, or lounge on the outdoor back patio. Guest access
The entire main home is yours with the exception of one locked off storage closet.

Please share the parking areas in the long driveway and laundry room with the attached, separate unit and please respect requests if noise gets too loud.

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.

Other things to note
We are dog friendly and there is a $125 dog fee, per dog (max 2 dogs). This does not cover any damage or yard clean up and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.

We are located on the main road in Bridgewater, so please take this into consideration when deciding to bring your pup. While there is not a backyard, we are driving distance to walking trails and parks.

*You have private access to the entire main home. There is an attached 2nd unit on the back of the house that is occupied long term by a small family - the only shared spaces are the laundry room and driveway/back porch.

There is no smoking of any kind in the house - please do not smoke near any doors and windows. A mandatory $300 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking is found by our cleaning team upon check-out.

We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling, are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Neighborhood highlights

We are a 10 minute drive to downtown Woodstock, 12 minute drive to Killington and one mile from Long Trail Brewery. We're also a short drive from Mounts Tom and Peg, as well as Silver Lake and beautiful towns like Barnard and Pomfret. You couldn't ask for more a more picturesque Vermont location for skiers, leaf peepers, snowmobilers, hikers, and everyone in between!

The VAST trail for snowmobiling is located near by our house. The community center/fire station is about 1 minute from the house and would be the best place to unload snowmobiles to catch the trail.
