The villa is located on a beautiful peninsula with a rugged attraction and the serene beauty of the surrounding lake landscape. This place has its own beach.

The closest neighbour is 50-60 m far, on one side there are huge natural stones blocking the view for the neighbour, on the other side there's a peninsula belonging to the same owner's property and thus there are no neighbours on that side (only a beach, rocks and forest). Any other buildings are about 200 m far (forest between).

The space
This villa is comfortable and enjoyable including 2 bedrooms, 3 toilets, sauna and shower room – and surrounded beautiful nature can be seen from its large windows. The kitchen is very well equipped. When staying for longer time, the guests can also use laundry facilities in the house. There are both washing machine and a dryer.

Bed linens and towels are always included in the price. Kindly remember to book with the correct number of guests in order for us to prepare the space for you.

The villa has an air-source heat pump that can be used for cooling during warm summer days.

Other things to note
During the winter time it is wise to leave your car on a parking spot in front of the bigger building (200 m) in case you do not have a four-wheel-drive car since the road to the villa is very steep.

Kindly note that in Finland we have so called everyone's right to walk in the forest, also to pick some berries but not to collect branches from alive trees or berry bushes. The nature must be respected and any rubbish must be brought away from the nature to the right collection places. Since people can come to walk in our forests (or any other forests in Finland), there may be people walking nearby the villa but the area for the house has been marked restricted.

We expect people to respect the signs of a private area but can't control the behaviour of people, neither any events in the nature and the hosts are not responsible of those events. Kindly be prepared that in the nature there are wasps, bees, other insects or animals, that are out of the control of the hosts also on the villa area inside and outside.
