Please note that the price is for 20 people. An additional guest has an extra charge of $20 each per night. I kindly ask my guests to be mindful of their electricity consumption. The air conditioners in the rooms can be turned on from 9 pm to 9 am. The central air conditioner on the first floor can only be used for a couple of hours during the day. Allowance per KWH a day, and excessive usage will be charged accordingly. Visits only daypasses $10 each person for up to 8 hours or less. Schedule modification $30 per hour. Clogging toilet $100. Puking/vomiting outside toilet, sink, or shower $50. Pet friendly $35 per pet.
