The space
Rancho Paiol is at the foot of Serra da Mantiqueira, located in a quiet neighborhood of Águas da Prata, offering a rural atmosphere even close to the city. The house's rustic decor creates a cozy atmosphere, and the sunset view from the balcony is simply stunning. A perfect combination!
Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the house. The kitchen is spacious with a large dining table, gas stove and wood stove to complement the rural experience, freezer and large refrigerator, all cooking utensils, counter with benches integrating living room and kitchen. The living room space is large and cozy, with sofas and a fireplace, all adjacent to the bedrooms. The bathroom is located outside. On the large balcony we also have tables, chairs and a sofa to enjoy the view, as well as a barbecue and pizza oven. We also have a small pool with a shower for hot days. In front of the house, we have an orchard with mango, lemon and guava trees at the disposal of our guests.
