The house is a new and modern construction, overlooking the dam and with integrated and very comfortable environments.

The space
The ranch offers complete and comfortable infrastructure, with accommodations for up to 14 people (counting a sofa bed). We have 1 en-suite and 2 bedrooms, an integrated living room and gourmet kitchen, a kitchen with all the utensils, in addition to the en-suite bathroom, we also have an internal social bathroom and an external one next to the pool. Our pool has a solar heater, is 1.40 m deep and has a beach area and another SPA area, we have sun loungers and a table with an umbrella around the pool, in front of the pool we have masonry benches and a garden all overlooking the reservoir, we have closed parking for 6 cars.
For those who have water vehicles, 400 meters from the house is the Talismã restaurant, which offers a boarding and disembarking service.
