Parties: Noisy parties and commercial events are strictly prohibited (Airbnb Policy). Our ranch is geared towards gatherings and leisure for families/friends.

Noise: We request absolute silence after 10 p.m., respecting the rules of the rural neighborhood/condominium.

Capacity: The maximum number of guests must be strictly respected. Extra guests who have not been informed will not be allowed access.

2. Security and Property
Security Cameras: The property has external security cameras pointing to the entrance gate and garage area for everyone's safety. There are no cameras in indoor areas.

Swimming Pool and Lake: The pool has no protective fence. Please never leave children unattended in the pool area or near the lake. The responsibility lies entirely with those responsible.
