Environment:

The property is located in a private rural area. As with any countryside setting, occasional environmental noises may occur, such as agricultural activities or nearby construction work, which are beyond our control.

On rare occasions, there may be odors related to agricultural processes in the surrounding area.

Construction work is currently taking place near the property as part of the development of a sports academy/foundation. The work is carried out during daytime hours only and may cause occasional noise. This is a temporary situation and not permanent.

Guest access
When you stay with us, you have access to all the spaces of the lodge. Except for the housekeepers' house, the nearby soccer field which is not a part of the property, and the tool shed.

If time is not an issue, take the road through Circasia, which is in perfect condition.
