Just a heads up about a few things to keep our place comfy for everyone:
Furry friends are welcome! We kindly ask that they cozy up downstairs though, to keep the upstairs bedroom a fur-free zone for all guests.
We love a sustainable lifestyle! To help out, if you wouldn't mind separating your garbage/compost, it would be awesomely positive for the planet. (There will be a designated compost bin available!)
Heads up for parking! Just a friendly reminder to avoid parking next to the coconut tree. It might give your car a little surprise (not the good kind).
By the way, the property boasts a spacious lot of over 2,000 square meters, half of which is filled with fruit-bearing trees! Imagine waking up to the sweet smell of nature - idyllic!
