This brand new, high end 7 bd/7.5 ba(each en-suite)is the perfect blend of traditional island architecture & modern finishes. Sunrise over the hills & ocean sunset views (seasonal). Walk to 3 top snorkeling/swimming beaches in Aruba: Boca Catalina, Tres Trapis & Arashi. 1.5mi to Hadicurari Beach, Palm Beach restaurants, casinos & hotels. Pool, hot tub, hot water

The space
The brand new, custom finished home offers custom tilework, European inspired furniture, smart kitchen appliances, and countless pleasure indulging amenities. 2 outdoor massage tables, gas fireplace, private palapa with bar-b-que, indoor and outdoor dining areas with additional kitchen island bar. 4 King and 3 queen suites each with their own private full bathrooms. On the main floor, there is a oversized large King master with en suite mini kitchen and large bathroom. A second, queen room with private bath is located on the main level. On the second floor, there is the Master Suite with private balcony with views to the Caribbean Sea, walk in closet and large bathroom with Japanese soaking tub and separate shower. 2 more king suites and 2 queen suites finish off the top space. Enjoy your morning coffee watching sunrise over the cactus-covered hills either on the extra long top balcony or the main floor patio. A high-end kitchen provides Samsung smart appliances, including a double oven, gas stove and both full size and wine refrigerator, Breville espresso coffee machine, Keurig pot and single serve coffee pot, 2 dining tables each seat 8 comfortably custom designed by The Lumber Shack and the den is furnished with 2 Danish leather sofas and 2 Danish leather recliners. Samsung smart washer and dryer are available for your use, full size pool and hot tub, outdoor fireplace, outdoor shower and bar-b-que/cooking space under our very own palapa make your stay truly all inclusive. There is one garage for a car and one garage used as a play/exercise room.

Guest access
You will have access to the full house, pool, hot tub, palapa and all on-site amenities. The first floor King suite is a perfect space for in-laws, nannies, or others who may need or want a separate space as it has a small kitchenette and can be locked off from the rest of the home.

We provide many other amenities to our guests who may be looking for upgrades to their trip!
Please let us know if you would like to schedule/purchase on location massages (2 massage tables are on site), personal chef services, pre-arrival essential grocery shopping, car services or excursion connections. There is a manager on island who will be available for help with home issues.
A guest book is provided with pertinent details such as WIFI password, emergency service numbers, restaurant and excursion suggestions. There are multiple excursions right down the street at Arashi Beach which include UTV tours, Seabob adventures and Segway rental.
All beaches in Aruba are public so you are free to visit any beach on the island...too many to count.
On the east coast of the island, Arikok National Park is worth the tour! Natural pools, rock formations, desert wildlife and lush arid greenery. Rescue animal preserve, Alto Vista Chapel, the Lighthouse are a few tourist must visits.
A pre-sunrise hike up Hooiberg will be the highlight of your trip - 600 concrete steps to the top provide a view of the island and on a clear day you can see Venezuela and Curacao.

We are a blended family with six children between us and this home is something we checked off our bucket list! Favorite destinations are the beach and the mountains - pretty generic - but both love traveling and look forward to having time to do more as our last couple enter college in the next year or so. We strive to do unto others as we would have them do to us and believe life is good...honesty, integrity and character are our top traits. Hope you enjoy your time in our home.
