A semi detached house located at Kuah town. It is within 5 minutes drive to local supermarket and shopping mall. It takes around 25 minutes drive to the airport and Cenang beach, 15 minutes away from Langkawi Jetty Point.

The space
The unit is located in a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood. Due its higher altitude, the air is fresher and it is closer to nature. The unit has a 30 x 25 feet backyard and come together with a jacuzzi and a barbecue pit. You may choose to barbecue and enjoy a good meal with your friends or family at the backyard while enjoying the sound of nature.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:-
Bedroom 1 - 2 Queen Size Beds
Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 Single Bed
Bedroom 4 - 1 Queen Size Bed
Common Space (aka the Game Corner) - 1 Sofa bed (The Totoro bed) .
10 people will sleep comfortably on the beds provided, while the rest will sleep on mattresses upon request.
Note: 4 extra single bed mattresses on floor and 1 baby cot will be provided upon request without any additional charges.

- The bathrooms are equipped with water heater and basic toiletries like towels, shampoo and body wash.
- Hair dryer will be provided.

Cleanliness has always been our utmost priority. We ensure that the unit is sparkling clean prior to every check in from our guests.

---Family Interaction---
We have prepared board and card games at our Game Corner which allows family/friends to play and interact with each other which enhance bonding.

Guests are able to play with the Wii console with games like Mario Kart, Wii Sports and many more!

Besides, a mini pool is provided and you may place it at the backyard to spend qualities time with your friends or family as well as barbecue at the backyard.

We understand the importance of the internet. We have provided you with high speed (300mbps) unlimited internet.

Guests are free to access the entire unit during their stay.

Other things to note
1. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the house. We do provide ashtray at designated areas outside the house. Please throw the cigarette buds in the ashtrays.

2. Kindly switch off all the electrical appliances when not in use or when you leave the house.

3. Please keep the voice down after 11pm as it might disturb other neighbours.
