Whether you’re here to get away from it all, relax and chill, amongst the idylic natural surroundings or here for a party and adventure in the heart and soul of Balaton, you’ve come to the right place!
Quirky Park offers a cosy self catering lodge, set in a peaceful and tranquil lavender farm, within walking distance to the fishing lake and just ten minutes drive away from Siofok centre and the shores of Lake Balaton.
The space
Quirky Park is set in a unique rural, idylic spot. The main cabin overlooks the fruit orchard, and has a double bed and bunk beds (170cm) in the bedroom. Two single beds in the living room. It has an en-suite shower room. Air-con available in the summer months and heater for the winter months.
There is a hot tub, cold plunge pool and sauna on the decking area and also a log burner for chilly evenings. (Deposit required for hot tub)
Swimming pool available from 1st June to 1st September
The cabin also has exclusive use of the outdoor kitchen/dining area (come prepared in winter) comprising all essential facilities: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, log burner and a pizza oven.
You have access to the firepit, BBQ and seating area, for cooking, bogracs and bonfire's .
There is also an underground party cellar within the 8000m² grounds! complete with bluetooth speakers, disco lights, adult party games. Perfect for birthdays, and other celebrations. Play music as loud as you want, as late as you want - no neighbors!
There are games and activities available for children, including a Wii, DVDs/book's (english), board games, trampoline, sandpit, tree swings, dart board, football table and a pool table.
The fishing lake is 1km away.
And being on a lavender farm (full bloom throughout June💜) the local wildlife often pop by to say hello, you can see birds, deer, rabbits, lizards, hedgehogs and more.
We are pet friendly, however we prefer them not to climb on the bed.
Please be aware, we are off the beaten track. Quirky Park is 2km down an unmade road.
Other things to note
Please note: there are various wood burners and fire pits available for your optional use, however wood is not provided.
We do sell firewood/kindling, local stores also sell firewood and are within a ten minute drive :)
Use of the hottuub requires 20,000ft or €50 deposit , cash on arrival. This will be returned upon leaving, assuming there is no damage.
Being a farm in the countryside it can attract unwelcome visitors if food is left out, or doors are left open. It can get cold, wet and muddy in particularly bad weather, so please come prepared for your adventure in winter months ;)

We are situated down a 2km dirt path. It is an unmade road.
We are within few minutes walk of a fishing lake. Within 10 minute drive you can find hypermarkets, various supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, many stores and fast food restaurants.
There are many opportunities for walks, wildlife, birdwatching and cycle paths.
Siofok centre and the shores of lake Balaton are 10 minutes away. Here you will find an abundance of bars, restaurants, cafes, shopping mall, Siofok Eye, the Water Tower, the Marina, many activities for children, spa, beach areas.
A little further afield - within 15 minute drive there are zoo's, circus, fair, rope adventures, monster truck shows and more...
