The space
Beautiful colonial style fifth in Luján (Buenos Aires). Only 70 km from Capital Federal. Located in the San Eduardo neighborhood (a residential neighborhood, not a gated or country neighborhood) 100 meters away from Route 7 (km 72). It is accessed by a repio street (only 100 meters) that is also walkable on heavy rainy days.
4000 square meters of park and 200 square meters covered. Swimming pool with fence.
Capacity for 17 people (15 single beds + 1 double bed) .
The center of Luján and its basilica are only 3 km from the fifth.

- There is WiFi (30MB).
- There is also good cellular signal, with good 3G and 4G connection.
- There is a 43 "Smart TV (there is no cable service but services such as Netflix, Flow and other digital content platforms can be used on the TV)
The pool currently has a fence (photos without fence are older).
- Maximum capacity of guests: 17 (Airbnb has a maximum of 16 guests to make the reservation, in the case of being 17, communicate it by message before booking)
- It has 5 rooms with total capacity for 17 people (the price varies according to the number of guests, please place in your query or reservation request the number of total guests).
- 3 bathrooms (1 of the bathrooms inside the master bedroom).

» ROOM 2 (on the ground floor): 2 single beds, 1 Ecosol plate for heating.
» ROOM 3 (on the ground floor): 2 single beds, 1 Ecosol plate for heating.
» ROOM 4 (ground floor): 4 single beds (1 bunk bed + 2 single beds), 1 small quartz stove for heating.
» ROOM 5 (first floor): 5 single beds (1 bunk bed + 3 single beds), 1 small electric stove for heating.
Sheets, 1 large towel per guest and blankets for beds are provided.
• Full kitchen. A fridge with freezer + a separate large freezer. Industrial kitchen with 6 stoves and large oven. (the photo of the small kitchen is old, it is outdated)
• Swimming pool with fence (photos of the pool without fence are old, now the pool IF has fence as in the new photos)
• Roofed grill and outdoor quincho.
• Parking is uncovered (not covered). Maximum capacity for 6 cars.
IMPORTANT:
- The house does not have central heating. In winter it is a cold house that has a wood-burning home in the living room, 3 Ecosol plates (in 3 rooms only) and 2 small, portable quartz stoves. WARNING: This does not heat the house completely. The rooms can be TEMPERED with the plates and stoves, and the living area with the fireplace.
- NO firewood is provided for the home or grill. If there is any firewood on the Fifth it can be used, but that depends on what the gardener has cut that week and the humidity of it (since it is on the outside).
- Anyway, there is a place where you can buy firewood called Carbonlite and is located 1.7 km from the Quinta (about 5 minutes by car).
- The house has a 120-liter electric thermo tank (it takes about 1 hour to completely heat the 120 liters).
- There is SmartTV.
- The house does not have air conditioning. It's a cool house, even on hot summer days. There are 5 portable fans.
- The gardener/sink goes through the fifth from 1 to 2 times a week, to perform the maintenance of the park and the pool. Don't be alarmed if you see people working in the park or pool.
- Please do not play loud music that can disturb the tranquility of the neighborhood.
- No parties, parties or events allowed.
- Inside the fifth there is space to park up to 6 cars, please do not park vehicles outside the fifth, on the streets or sidewalks. Drive slowly through the streets of the neighborhood.
- The fence of the fifth is not a hermetic perimeter fence. It is a wire fence with a lot of vegetation as seen in the photos. While there are no pets in the fifth, some neighborhood pets may pass through the fence and enter the fifth (please throw them out and DO not feed them).
- If you take a pet to the fifth, it can come out through the fence since it is not airtight.
■ The cost of the rental is the one listed on Airbnb by placing the total number of guests and the exact check-in and check-out dates. Sleeps up to 17 guests (Airbnb only allows up to 16 guests to be placed in the platform). For guest 17, add up to an extra $12 x night. If there are 17 total guests, that extra cost is paid through the Airbnb platform (through a money request, after the reservation for the 16 guests allowed by Airbnb).
Airbnb■ 's calendar is always up to date, if any dates are not available, is that it has already been booked.
Due to constant Inflation, we are handling costs in USD. If airbnb shows the cost in pesos, the currency on the platform must be changed to see the correct price in USD.
■ Check in from 14 hs. Check out until 10 am.
Free check-in and check-out option: $50 USD in addition to the reservation total (both included).
If you opt for free check-in and out, the $50 USD is paid after the reservation is confirmed, by requesting money through the Airbnb platform.
■ Only the fifth of the confirmed guests will be allowed in the reservation, without exception. THE ENTRY OF PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT CONFIRMED IN THE RESERVATION ARE NOT ALLOWED.
■ Parties, parties, or other types of events are permitted.
■ For organizational reasons, for reservations less than 20 days we do not show the fifth or visit it before the check-in date.
