The space
Beautiful colonial-style country house in Luján (Buenos Aires). Only 70 km from the Federal Capital. Located in the San Eduardo neighborhood (a residential neighborhood, it is not a gated or country neighborhood) 100 meters from Route 7 (km 72). It is accessed by a gravel road (only 100 meters) that can also be used on days of heavy rain.
4000 square meters of park and 200 square meters covered. Pool with fence.
Capacity for 17 people (15 single beds + 1 double bed).
The center of Luján and its basilica are just 3 km from the country house.

- There is WiFi (30MB).
- There is also a good cell phone signal, with good 3G and 4G connection.
- There is a 43-inch Smart TV (there is no cable service, but services such as Netflix, Flow and other digital content platforms can be used on the TV)
The pool currently has a fence (the photos without a fence are older).
- Maximum guest capacity: 17 (Airbnb has a maximum of 16 guests to make the reservation, in the case of 17, communicate it by message before booking)
- It has 5 rooms with a total capacity for 17 people (the price varies according to the number of guests, please place the total number of guests in your inquiry or reservation request).
- 3 bathrooms (1 of the bathrooms inside the master bedroom). ROOM 1 (on the ground floor): 1 double bed, 2 single beds, private bathroom, 1 Ecosol heating plate. ROOM 2 (on the ground floor): 2 single beds, 1 Ecosol heating plate. ROOM 3 (on the ground floor): 2 single beds, 1 Ecosol heating plate. ROOM 4 (on the ground floor): 4 single beds (1 bunk bed + 2 single beds), 1 small quartz heater for heating. ROOM 5 (on the first floor): 5 single beds (1 bunk bed + 3 single beds), 1 small electric heater for heating.
Sheets, 1 large towel per guest and blankets for the beds are provided.
• Fully equipped kitchen. A refrigerator with freezer + a large separate freezer. Industrial kitchen with 6 burners and a large oven. (The photo of the small kitchen is old, it is outdated)
• Fenced pool (the photos of the unfenced pool are old, now the pool DOES have a fence as shown in the new photos)
• Roofed grill and outdoor quincho.
• Parking is uncovered (not roofed). Maximum capacity for 6 cars.
IMPORTANT:
- The house does NOT have central heating. In winter it is a cold house that has a wood fireplace in the living room, 3 Ecosol plates (only in 3 rooms) and 2 small portable quartz stoves. ATTENTION: That does not heat the house completely. The rooms can be TEMPERED with the plates and stoves, and the living area with the wood-burning fireplace.
- Firewood is NOT provided for the fireplace or grill. If there is some firewood in the Quinta, it can be used, but that depends on what the gardener has cut that week and the humidity of the firewood (since it is outside).
- In any case, there is a place where you can buy firewood called Carbonlito and it is 1.7 km from the Quinta (about 5 minutes by car).
- The house has a 120-liter electric water heater (it takes about 1 hour to fully heat the 120 liters).
- There is a SmartTV.
- The house does NOT have air conditioning. It's a cool house, even on hot summer days. There are 5 portable fans.
- The gardener/pool attendant passes through the estate 1 to 2 times a week, to carry out the maintenance of the park and the pool. Don't be alarmed if you see people working in the park or pool.
- Please do not play loud music that could disturb the neighborhood's tranquility.
- No parties, parties or events.
- Inside the country house there is room to park up to 6 cars, please do not park vehicles outside the country house, on the streets or sidewalks. Drive slowly through the neighborhood streets.
- The fence of the country house is NOT a hermetic perimeter fence. It is a wire fence with lots of vegetation as seen in the photos. While there are no pets in the country house, some neighborhood pets may pass through the fence and enter the country house (please throw them out and DO NOT feed them).
- If you bring a pet to the country house, it can leave through the fence as it is not airtight.
■ The rental cost is the one listed on Airbnb by entering the total number of guests and the exact check-in and check-out dates. Capacity up to 17 guests (Airbnb only allows up to 16 guests on the platform). For the 17th guest, add an extra $12 per night. If there are 17 guests in total, that extra cost is paid through the Airbnb platform (through a request for money, once the reservation is confirmed for the 16 guests allowed by Airbnb).
■ The Airbnb calendar is always up to date. If a date is not available, it has already been booked.
Due to constant inflation, we handle costs in USD. If Airbnb shows the cost in pesos, you must change the currency on the platform to see the correct price in USD.
■ Check-in after 2:00 pm. Check-out until 10:00 AM.
Free check-in and check-out option: 50 USD in addition to the total reservation (both included).
If you opt for free check-in and check-out, the 50 USD is paid once the reservation is confirmed, through a request for money through the Airbnb platform.
■ Only guests confirmed in the reservation will be allowed to enter the country house, without exception. PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT CONFIRMED IN THE RESERVATION ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER.
■ No parties, celebrations, or any other type of event are allowed.
■ For organizational reasons, for reservations of less than 20 days we do not show the country house nor can it be visited before the check-in date.
