The space
Hermosa quinta in colonial style in Luján (Buenos Aires). Only 70 km from Capital Federal. Located in the San Eduardo neighborhood (a residential neighborhood, it is not a closed or country neighborhood) 100 meters from Route 7 (km 72). It is accessed by a rue de ripio (only 100 meters) walkable also on the days of heavy rain.
4000 square meters of covered park and 200 square meters covered. Pool with a fence.
Capacity for 17 people (15 single beds + 1 double bed) .
The center of Luján and its basilica are just 3 km away from the fifth.

- There is also a good cellular signal, with good 3G and 4G connection.
- There is 43 "Smart TV (there is no cable service, but services such as Netflix, Flow and other digital content platforms can be used on the TV)
The pool currently has a fence (the pictures without a fence are older).
- Maximum guest capacity: 17 (Airbnb has a maximum of 16 guests to book, in case of being 17, communicate by message before booking)
- It has 5 rooms with total capacity for 17 people (the price varies according to the number of guests, please place in your inquiry or reservation order the number of total guests).
- 3 bathrooms (1 of the bathrooms inside the main room).
” ROOM 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed, 2 single beds, private bathroom, 1 Ecosol plate for heating.
” ROOM 2 (ground floor): 2 single beds, 1 Ecosol plate for heating.
” ROOM 3 (ground floor): 2 single beds, 1 Ecosol plate for heating.
” ROOM 4 (ground floor): 4 twin beds (1 bunk + 2 single beds), 1 small quartz stove for heating.
” ROOM 5 (first floor): 5 twin beds (1 bunk bed + 3 single beds), 1 small electric stove for heating.
Sheets, 1 large towel per guest and blankets are provided for the beds.
• Full kitchen. A refrigerator with freezer + a large independent freezer. Industrial kitchen of 6 ovens and large oven. (pic of kitchen small is old, it's outdated)
• Swimming pool with fence (the photos of the pool without a fence are old, now the pool IS fenced as in the new photos)
• Roofed grill and outdoor quincho
• Parking is uncovered (not roofed). Maximum capacity for six cars.
IMPORTANT:
- The house does not have central heating. In winter it is a cold house that has a firewood home in the living room, 3 Ecosol plaques (only in 3 rooms) and 2 small quartz portable stoves. ATTENTION: That doesn't fully heat the house. The rooms can be TEMPERED with the plates and stoves, and the living area with the home to wood.
- Firewood is not provided for the home or the grill. If there is some wood in Quinta it can be used, but that depends on what the gardener cut that week and the humidity of it (since it is outside).
- Anyway, there is a place where you can buy firewood that is called Carbonlito and is located 1.7 kms from the Quinta (about 5 minutes by car).
- The house has a 120-litre electric thermo-tank (it takes about 1 hour to fully heat the 120 liters).
- There is SmartTV.
- The house does not have air conditioners. It's a cool home, even those hot summer days. There are 5 portable fans.
- The gardener/pool goes through the fifth 1 to 2 times a week, for the maintenance of the park and the pool. No alarm if you see people working in the park or in the pool.
-Please do not play loud music that can alter the tranquility of the neighborhood.
-No parties, parties, or events.
- Adentro de la quinta hay place to park up to 6 cars, please do not park vehicles outside the fifth, over the streets or lanes. Circulating slowly through the neighborhood streets.
- The fence of the fifth is not a perimeter hermetic fence. It's a wire fence with lots of greenery as seen in the photos. While there are no pets on the fifth one, some neighborhood pet may go through the fence and enter the fifth one (please echarlas and DO not feed).
- If you take a pet to the fifth, you can exit through the fence as it is not airtight.
■ The cost of the rental is the one listed on Airbnb by placing the total number of guests and the exact check-in and check-out dates. Capacity up to 17 guests (Airbnb only lets you place up to 16 guests on the platform). For guest 17, add $12 extra per night. In the case of being 17 total guests, that extra cost is paid through the Airbnb platform (through a money request, once the reservation is confirmed for the 16 guests that Airbnb allows).
■ The Airbnb calendar is always up to date, if any date is not available, it has already been booked.
Due to constant inflation, we handle costs in USD. If airbnb shows the cost in pesos, the currency must be changed on the platform to see the correct price in USD.
■ Check in after 2pm. Check out by 10 am.
Flexible check-in and check-out option: an additional $80 USD to the booking total (both included).
If you choose self check-in and check-out, the USD 80 is paid once the reservation is confirmed, via a money request through the Airbnb platform.
■ Only the fifth of the confirmed guests will be allowed in the reservation, without exception. ENTRY IS NOT ALLOWED FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT CONFIRMED IN THE RESERVATION.
■ No parties, celebrations, or any other type of events allowed.
■ For organizational reasons, for reservations less than 20 days we do not show the fifth or can be visited before the date of check-in.
