The flat is located on Place Quentovic, which is a very pleasant place to live without a car.
The flat has a double aspect.
The loggia overlooks Place Quentovic, a lively square with a farmers' market every Sunday morning and numerous events including concerts and the Christmas market.
The square has two petanque courts, a baker, two restaurants, an oyster bar and a variety of shops. There's also a children's playground.
