Welcome to The Treehouse, a stylishly renovated retreat tucked into the woods of Quechee. Perched on a hill and surrounded by trees, the home earns its name the moment you arrive.

With a hot tub, fireplace, fire pit, foosball table, 2 decks, 2 living areas, and a fenced yard, it is the ideal spot for your family vacation or adventures with friends.

The space
LIVING SPACES
The main living area sits on the second floor, sharing space with the dining area and adjoining kitchen. A comfy leather couch and three arm chairs provide plenty of room for your entire group to relax as you play a game, watch a movie, or simply enjoy time together in front of the fire.

The ground floor den offers even more space to spread out. With a TV, game console, and foosball table, it is especially popular with younger guests. Two twin-size sleeper sofas provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups.

KITCHEN & DINING
The newly renovated kitchen is small but mighty, with modern appliances and everything you need to cook a real meal.

The dining area seats six, with an additional 4 spots at the counter.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The Treehouse sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed with an en suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Full bed
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds

Two twin sleeper sofas in the ground floor den provide additional sleeping spaces.

Both bathrooms have been recently updated with modern fixtures and a clean, spa-like feel.

Bathroom 1: Adjoins the primary bedroom on the second floor
Bathroom 2: On the ground floor, shared by bedrooms 2 and 3.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The lower deck features large hot tub and is fully covered for a cozy and comfortable soak, no matter the season or weather.

Step onto the upper deck to grill, gather around the gas fire pit, or enjoy an al fresco meal under the string lights.

Canine family members will enjoy frolicking in the fenced yard — created just for them!

QUECHEE CLUB
Your booking includes optional access to the Quechee Club for an additional daily fee, paid directly to the Club.

Reservations are required and are not guaranteed – you will need to call the Club on the day you intend to visit to make arrangements.

Quechee Club amenities include:

The Treehouse is perfectly situated for exploring the Quechee and Upper Valley area in the spring and early summer.

Enjoy hiking and nature trails, scenic drives, farm stands and markets, or spend the day browsing shops and cafés in nearby Woodstock, White River Junction, or Hanover before returning home to relax in the hot tub.

The Treehouse is tucked into a quiet, wooded corner of Quechee, one of Vermont’s most charming and sought-after villages. The house is in a peaceful residential community surrounded by trees, offering a true sense of privacy.

Despite the tucked-away setting, everything you need is just a few minutes from the house— from groceries, restaurants, and breweries to hiking, golf, and swimming.

The location provides a convenient launchpad for exploring the Upper Valley and surrounding areas. Woodstock is only 15 minutes away, with its iconic village green, boutique shops, and farm-to-table restaurants. Hanover and Dartmouth are about 15 minutes away as well. You’ll also be perfectly positioned for skiing at Saskadena Six, Killington, Pico, and Okemo.
