This beautiful mountain-view house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in North Thousand Oaks. It features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 with showers and 1 with a bathtub).

Only daytime events for up to 25 people are allowed with an extra fee, and maximum 10 people during Quiet hours.

- Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Private events $500 extra per day.
- Commercial events such as film, photography $1000 extra per day.
- Pet fee: $200 per pet per stay.

- Bedroom Three: queen bed, Nectar mattress, smart TV 32”, desk, wall-in closet.
- Room Four: Converted from garage. Kitchen sink, Fridge, Microwave, Dining table, Full size bed, IKEA sleeper couch, attached bathroom with shower.
- Third bathroom in living room: Full bath with bathtub.

- IKEA sleeper couch extendable to Queen size bed (extra bedding in the storage under the couch)

- Duvet & duvet cover: 6 sets (one in each room, one in storage under each couch)
- Flat sheet & fitted sheet: 4 sets

Other things to note
- Package will be delivered to house door such as Amazon orders. Mailbox is not available, so cannot receive mails and small packages delivered by USPS.
- Pet is allowed at a fee
