Welcome to Quad Loft, our newly opened staycation spot just a short drive from Tagaytay City. Surrounded by trees and offering a serene atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality time away from the busy city life.

The space
We have 4 loft units—that’s where the name comes from! Each loft is equipped with 4 semi-double beds, air-conditioning units and have their own toilet and bath, plus a mini kitchen sink for your convenience.

It has a spacious living area designed for de-stressing— where you can also enjoy Karaoke, Darts and Billiards. Outside is a swimming pool(8x4 meters) has a depth of 4feet for adult while the kiddie pool is 3feet. 10 parking slots dedicated for the entire stay. The place also comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that can accommodate up to 20 people.

The place is equipped with Wi-Fi connection and has strong signal with major network providers.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire place although use of the bedrooms will depend on the number of guests booked.

BEDROOMS
• For 2-8 pax, you may use 1 Loft
• For 8-16 pax, you may use 2 Loft
• For 17-26 pax, you may use 3 Loft

PARKING

We can accommodate up to 12 cars inside the gated compound. In addition to this, CCTVs are installed to monitor the safety of the vehicles.

Other things to note
Please note of the following information for the price:

Our base price is good for 8 guests and costs P11,500 per night on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) and P13,500 per night on weekends (Friday and Saturday).

Our peak season (December 1- 31) starts at P13,500 regardless if the date falls on a weekend or weekday.

In excess of 8 guests, there is a charge of P500 per head. Airbnb seems to accept bookings for only up to 16 guests. However, we can accommodate up to 26 overnight guests.

Kids and adults are charged the same rate but infants (2 years old and below) are free of charge.

For additional guests who will not be staying for the night, there is a charge of P400 per head.

Requesting of additional Loft if number of pax is not met will have a charge of 3500 per Loft.

We have a different listing for specific number of guest. Kindly message us for assistance if you are booking more than 16pax.

Guest service fee on the breakdown is paid to Airbnb.
