HOME SUPPLIES: *Bath Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Primary and 2 sets in Guest Bedroom in total. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Washcloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.
*Also supplied: "Starter Sets" - Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps, Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, Garbage Bags, Potholders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner. Additional supplies can be found under the sink.

Located in the Queens Grant community, this villa offers excellent access to the best of the Palmetto Dunes amenities! Walk 0.86miles to the sugar-white sand at the resort beach. Travel 1 mile to the Shelter Cove Marina to rent a boat and explore the resort’s 11-mile lagoon system. Golfers will appreciate having access to the three professional-grade courses, which include Robert Trent Jones (0.7 miles), George Fazio (0.9 miles), and Arthur Hills (2.5 miles). Voted the top tennis resort in the Carolinas, you can play like a pro at the tennis center, located 0.7 miles from your door.

DOGS ONLY! are allowed in property at an additional fee of $150.00 (non-refundable). They must be identified at time of booking and that fee will be added to your account before your arrival.
NO MORE THAN 2 ALLOWED
If we discover that other animals, such as cats, were in the property, a damage claim up to $200.00+ could be added. We also ask that dogs be kept off the beds.
