This apartment is the ideal starting point for a discovery tour through Bremerhaven.

In the middle of "the citizen," as locals call the historic Bürgermeister-Smidt-Str., all interesting places in Bremerhaven are just a stone's throw away. You can't live more centrally.

The apartment itself impresses with two separate bedrooms with cozy beds and a large eat-in kitchen for shared hours, whether for two, with family or friends. Here you can feel comfortable.

The space
This apartment offers everything you need for a carefree stay in the lake town.

In two separate bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 double bed, you can comfortably sleep with up to four people and cook, eat and be together in the large, fully equipped kitchen-living room. The whole apartment is bright and spacious.

A few honest words:
Our apartment is not perfect and we are not a hotel. A lot of love and work has gone into the furnishing and design of this apartment and we are very happy with the result but as with any apartment there are also peculiarities that cannot be changed easily. We would like to point this out, we think that is fair.
The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. The building is almost 100 years old and accordingly not soundproofed to modern standards. You may hear your neighbors or they may hear you. The water pressure in the house sometimes fluctuates. There are many elderly people living in the building who like it quiet at night and on Sundays, so this must be taken into account.
We believe that transparency is the best way to go and look forward to people who appreciate it.

Other things to note
Bed linens and towels:

We provide one set of sheets and one small and one large towel per person. In addition, all sleeping places are always covered with fresh sheets, so you can divide up the existing sleeping places as you wish.
Dish towels are also available.

Laundry: We wash the laundry from the apartments in our small laundry outside the apartments. Bosch Series 8 washing machines and Bosch Home Professional heat pump dryers are used for this purpose. The machines are regularly maintained and cleaned.
We consistently wash the laundry at 60 degrees with EcoVer color detergent.
Blankets and pillows are also washed at regular intervals with a hygiene rinse.
