The space
This unique apartment building was built on the rock in 2019. Located in a peaceful area in Viikinmäki. Perfect for walking along Vantaa river. In addition, there is 7-minute walk, 600 meters, to beach, playground and sports park. Alepa grocery store is 300m.

The bed in master bedroom is 140cm wide, fine for 2 adults. There is also large sofa bed in living room. Living room has 65" LG OLED TV, Sony soundbar and PS4 Pro.

Work room has table with adjustable height and computer monitors. The apartment has Toshiba air conditioner for cooling. Apartment has floor heating.

The Viikinmäki region has beautiful and peaceful nature with good connections around the Helsinki area. River Vantaa goes through the region, and there is unobstructed view from the apartment to the river. A short walk away there is the Pikkukoski swimming beach, rocks and forest, where you can pick berries in summer and autumn. In winter there's ski tracks and slopes in the area. Alepa grocery store is 4 minutes walk from the house. Prisma hypermarket is 20 minutes by walking, or about 7 minutes by bus 506.
