Dive into the refreshing private pool, challenge your loved ones to a fun game on the pool table, and park up to 8 vehicles or your boat comfortably. Ideally located near the beach with easy marina access, it’s the perfect spot for unforgettable gatherings, relaxing moments, and fun-filled adventures. Your relaxing getaway awaits!
The space
Punta Aguila Beach House is a stunning two-story home equipped with all the amenities you need for memorable moments with family or friends, just minutes from the best attractions Cabo Rojo has to offer. Ideally situated near the beautiful beaches of La Playuela, Buyé, Combate, and Boquerón, Los Morrillos Lighthouse (Spanish Era building) this property provides easy access to great spots and coastal adventures. If you have your own boat, there's ample space to park it, with the marina just a short drive away.
And if you prefer to relax at home, don’t worry — we’ve got plenty to keep everyone entertained. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, enjoy a lively game of billiards or cornhole, or unwind in the hammock with a good book. Need to get some work done? There’s a dedicated desk and high-speed internet available. For delicious snacks and meals, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a charcoal grill at your disposal. Whether together or enjoying some personal space, everyone will find something fun to do in this perfect retreat.
Guest access
You’ll have the entire property for your group, including ample parking with two separate entrances that can accommodate up to eight vehicles or a boat with a trailer. Outside, enjoy your private pool, charcoal grill, hammocks, and a pool table—perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
Other things to note
Two of the four bedrooms are located on the first floor, each featuring a private bathroom, a queen bed and a small kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and TV. The main area of the house is located on the second floor and is accessible via an external stair.
You can bring along up to 2 small pets for a fee of $60.00 per pet. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please include your furry companions in your reservation just like you would with any guests. Pets must be on a leash, cleaned up after, and are strictly not allowed on sofas or beds.
Tropical Environment: Located on a beautiful tropical island, the occasional insect or local critter may find its way inside or around the property.
Solar Water Heater: Powered by solar energy. On rare, heavily overcast or cloudy days, hot water may be limited.
Please note that while we welcome pets, the property does not have a power generator or water reserve. We look forward to welcoming you and your pets!
Supplies & Convenience: We provide starter supplies (soap/paper products, trash bags) for a comfortable arrival. If you run out, a fully stocked supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.
