We are delighted to make our little guest house available to you. This is not a gîte. The courtyard and garden are shared and we can meet there!
We are not a hotel service but hosts fond of meeting and sharing, doing everything possible for your comfort and well-being. Well-being away from civilization, its noise and stress. Don't be surprised to cross paths with small living beings who have also chosen this option.

The space
Small, pleasant, recently restored house, located in a quiet little village in the Yonne department, close to several tourist sites: the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, the villages of Montréal and Noyers-sur-Serein, Vézelay, Fontenay Abbey, Flavigny Abbey, the Alésia site and its museum park, etc.
This one is also located on the border of Morvan, the green lung of Burgundy, where dozens of castles, abbeys, and beautiful villages await you.
The house consists of:
- living room,
- bathroom,
- kitchen
- 1 bedroom upstairs, accessed via a narrow, period spiral staircase.
It can comfortably accommodate 5 people. 1 double bed and 1 single bed upstairs, and 1 double sofa bed in the living room. It's a guesthouse and not a gite. The yard and garden are shared and we can meet there!
If you would like breakfast, we will be happy to prepare it for you for €7 per person, in our large kitchen for a moment of sharing (tea, coffee, croissant, bread, juice, homemade jams, and homemade yogurt), if you wish.
To help you feel at one with the tranquility of the place, a variety of books and comics are available for your enjoyment. A 42-inch screen is also available to connect your USB key or hard drive. A Chromecast is provided for you, with Netflix, Canal+, Prime, etc.
We remind you that you are on private property and that no other person is allowed to enter.
Finally, the house is non-smoking.
A dryer and washing machine are available for your use. For stays of less than 3 nights, an additional 5 euros will be requested per use.
We suggest that you do a full clean before you leave, or you can purchase a cleaning package for €30.
