The videoke and other electronic sounds be like is until 10:00 PM only due to Provincial Ordinance. but you can use it as long as in low volume and the door in living room is always closed.

Swimming pool filter pump and Fountain open until 11:00 PM. You can swim anytime the pool lights is always on.

Not heated pool but we have Jacuzzi with heater additional P1,500 per use and the heat will last up to 3 hours depend on weather condition.
Please inform us if you want to use the jacuzzi heater before 10:00 PM

We are otherside of Taal Volcano 20 KM away Dont Expect have view of Taal Lake. Also nothing to worry if have Volcanic eruption the place are not affected.

Unauthorized Person on Restricted Area are not Allowed!

We have CCTV Camera on Poolside,
Parking area and Outside.

If you have visitor need to inform us and visitor is allowed up to 9:00 PM
Max of visitors 5 persons only

Check-out is strictly 1:00 PM or earlier.
Cleaners have to clean the place for the next guest. House keeping staff needs enough to do their job, late check-out may lead to lose a whole day booking if not followed at the specified time.

➕Additional ₱500 cleaning fee for dirty/messy place.
