VERY IMPORTANT:
before booking, please read our offer carefully, i.e.; description and photos (everything is shown in accordance with the facts), because we offer rooms in the countryside as part of the so-called rural tourism for little money, so we don't have "Versailles" or satin bedding, and it's not a hotel with a few stars (as unfortunately some of our guests thought), but it's clean, quiet and peaceful.
PLEASE TAKE YOUR BATH TOWELS AS WE DO NOT PROVIDE THESE.
Our house is located about 7 km from the nearest telecommunications mast, so the internet speed and range may vary.
Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited throughout the house.
For short stays of 1-3 days, depending on the period of stay, i.e.; weekend, Christmas, New Year's Eve, the price may increase even several times in relation to the prices listed on the website!!!
On arrival can be charged the so-called; "deposit for compliance with house rules" and of course, if at the end of the stay everything is in its place and there is no damage, the deposit is returned.
While staying with us, you do not incur any additional costs, e.g.; so-called: climate tax.
