A beautiful two-story, one-bedroom Provincetown flat, with two balconies overlooking both Commercial St. (downstairs) and the ocean (upstairs), with parking. I appreciate a quick hello when booking, and of course, all are welcome!

The space

My prime-location Provincetown apartment is a one-bedroom, two-story unit with a full-sized spiral staircase leading up to the large bedroom. There are more windows than walls here, so you have a great view of everything going on in town and a bay view from the upstairs deck. The front deck is a lovely place to relax and is a fantastic people-watching location.

The downstairs is all windows (9), and upstairs has (3) large windows and a door that leads to a balcony overlooking Commercial St. and the ocean. The sun rises on the bay in front of the house and sets through the bedroom windows and front deck. This place is very bright, although there are room-darkening shades in the bedroom. There are only two apartments in this building.

The feeling here is warm and friendly, like you are staying at a friend's (awesome!) house. My place looks exactly like it does in the photos.

The entire place will be spotless for you; the bathroom is small but bright and roomy enough with marble floors, subway tile, and a glass shower with a built-in bench.

I provide easily portable beach chairs, a beach bag with towels, sunscreen, tanning lotion, and bug spray, and (2) Iron Flask water bottles.

I have a private parking space on the property for guests just steps from the front door.

Guest access
You will have sole access to the entire apartment. There is a fully stocked kitchen, of which you can see is a small area, but anything you need to cook, eat with, or make drinks with is here. The fridge will be clean and empty for you to bring/buy your own food.

Your itinerary will include directions to my home and a private parking spot that will keep you from having to drive on Commercial St.

Other things to note
Please, please, do not wear shoes in the house. <3

I long ago cut the cord with cable TV - I have HBOMax, AppleTV, Hulu, Prime, Paramount, Netflix, and Sling (Orange).

You are not able to grill here due to the eave that is over the front balcony.
