The entire house is accessible EXCEPT for the few locked storage areas. Please do not trespass onto neighbor's property or dock.

This house is built on a hill, so there are stairs to climb - inside and outside.

We are on a septic system, please only flush toilet paper.

For your safety, there are life jackets in the storage closets. Use caution when playing in the water, some areas are rocky and slippery. Please watch your children.
