Each person who will stay in the unit needs to submit a valid ID, per condo rules. No ID = no entry.
Grass Residences is very strict on this rule to protect the residents.

The gym and swimming pools have a fee of P150/head. To settle the payment, go to the admin office (lower ground of pavilion) and fill out the Amenities Form.

Note: Lap pools are exclusive for unit owners.
