​Very bright and spacious, ideal for a few days in the heart of Segré, a charming town near Angers (25 minutes), our accommodation contains all the comforts to welcome you in good conditions.

You can enjoy the 42m² space of this T2 located on the 1st floor of a small building (1 accommodation per floor). The small American-style kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a hob, a microwave and a washing machine. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are at your disposal.

The small American-style kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a hob, a microwave and a washing machine. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are at your disposal. A television and Wifi are accessible free of charge.

The accommodation has a bedroom with a large double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed in the living/dining room where you can also enjoy a balcony with a view of the cobbled street and the center of Segré.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a vanity unit. The toilets are separate. Bed linen and towels provided.
