Relax and Enjoy this newly remodeled Ocean front studio. This condo was once part of the 5 star El Conquistador Hotel and the location can not be beat. This condo sits right in front the Caribbean ocean and offers a little luxury with a beach vibe. You will love the sunrise in the morning and the sound of the ocean at night. It can be your relaxing get away or a romantic stay with your loved one.

This spacious studio is located in the beautiful and active city of Fajardo and is within walking distance of excellent restaurants, local outdoor souvenir shops, and Bio bay kayaking. Seven (7) seas beach is just a short 5 minute drive. El Yunke rain forest is a short drive away.
This condo has free high speed wifi. Kitchen is complete with all of your neccessary amenities like a coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, knives, silverware, glass cups, plates, bowls, and many more essentials. A full size fridge with ice maker, full size cook top stove, and large mounted microwave. A 55" Samsung T.V. with access to a your favorite apps and is equipped with active SlingTV.
The entire space has recently been remodeled with a new Air conditioner unit, kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, lighting, furniture, decor, and Travertine floors. The entire bathroom and kitchen are completely new. We offer luxury shower amenities by Paya. This include soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. A coin operated laundry room is available and just outside the apartment located on the garage level (just a few feet away 1 floor down.) A Iron and board are provided in the apartment.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Cafe Playero - We highly recommend Cafe Playero which is located just up the street within walking distance. Everyone is so friendly and is a great spot for breakfast of you feel to get out of the apartment.
Seven Seas beach - In less than 5 minutes, you can be at this Blue flag beach. Just beautiful.
Zumbate Fun rentals - Zumbate fun rentals is a great way to enjoy part of your day. We recommend kayaking to Biobay. The owner and staff are amazing.

Guest will have access to the community pool and common areas. A community laundry room is available and is just a few feet from the apartment. Laundry does cost around $2 per use. Laundry machines and dryers us value coins which can be purchased in the laundry room. Coin machine accepts $1's, $5's, & $20's
Other things to note
We love the Fajardo area because of the beaches and all of the outdoor Activities it has to offer. We also like the fact that, for us, it's a central zone to access the Rain Forest, Kayaking, Seven Seas Beach, Bio Bay, and Ferry to the Islands Culebra and Vieques. All the little eateries and novelties shops within walking distance is also great. So when are not enjoying breakfast on the balcony, we are enjoying it under an umbrella at a restaurant named Café Playero.
When we found this Condo we knew we just had to have it. Its location is great and the view is breath taking. Not to mention the sound of the waves breaking is so relaxing. We immediately remodeled the apartment and Lysette began decorating. After our first stay we knew we just had to share with others. Since we know some like luxury and some like relaxed beach vibes, Lysette designed this condo to fit both preferences.

My wife, Lysette, is a native of the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. She is a Nurse and Cosmetic surgery assistant.
Together we love to travel and meet new people. Since we travel to Fajardo many times each year, we decided to buy a place of our own. This gives the opportunity to visit the Island, friends, and family as often as we can. We love the Fajardo area because of the beaches and all of the outdoor Activities it has to offer. We also like the fact that, for us, it's a central zone to access the Rain Forest, Kayaking, Seven Seas Beach, Bio Bay, and Ferry to the Islands Culebra and Vieques.
