The space
Have you ever dreamed of owning a holiday house? My parents did, and in the late '80s, they built our beach house. We enjoyed many cherished summers and cosy, adventurous winters here. It serves as a home away from home, a peaceful escape from the chaos of daily life, and we love to share it with others.

Spend your days at the beach, bushwalking in the national park, or dining at local pubs, breweries, or wineries - all within a 30-minute drive. Alternatively, you can relax and recharge by doing very little.

Sleeping
• Principal Bedroom:
Luxurious king-size bed with direct balcony access, perfect for unwinding on slow mornings or sunset.
• Second Bedroom:
Queen-size bed, super comfy.
• Third Bedroom:
Double bed, again super comfy.
• Downstairs Bedroom/Study:
A beautiful king single daybed offers a space to rest, work or relax and easy access to the downstairs bathroom/laundry.

Comfort Year-Round
Stay comfortable in every season with modern split-system air conditioning throughout the house. For winter getaways, enjoy the warmth and glow of the electric fireplace - effortless comfort at the push of a button.

The Kitchen & Outdoor Dining
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to indulge in culinary adventures, while the balcony BBQ is perfect for alfresco dining.

Outdoors
Morning Bliss:
• Start your day on the balcony with a fresh cuppa as native birds visit the garden.
Shaded Lounge:
• After a day at the beach, relax in the shaded outdoor lounge and watch the birds bathe in the garden’s bird baths or forage for food.
Evening Calm:
• Unwind with a glass of wine as kangaroos graze on the verge and listen to the song of the native birds as they ready themselves for bed.

Stay Connected
Enjoy reliable and fast free wifi - better than most homes in the city!

A much-loved house for all who stay.

It’s a cosy retreat for adults and older children - beautifully styled with relaxation in mind. Enjoy slow mornings, long chats, and that comforting home-away-from-home feel.

The township of Preston Beach is a hidden gem where nature and tranquillity meet. At Preston Beach Escape, you can unwind in what we hope will feel like your home away from home.

We have hosted cooking enthusiasts, crafting retreats, workshops, content shoots and writers' getaways. However, most people come to unwind and relax - it’s what we like to do.

Guest access
Your getaway includes the entire house and garden, set on a corner block with an open fence design for easy visibility and access.

Undercover parking is provided for your convenience.

Please note, there is a locked maintenance shed located in the back corner of the garden.

Pricing Information

Safety Information
We understand that your safety and comfort are paramount during your stay with us. Therefore, we would like to inform you that the property's balcony design is unsuitable for young children, as the open railings could pose a safety risk.

Additionally, guests with difficulty with stairs may find the property challenging.

Pet Policy
We do not accommodate dogs due to the garden, which attracts various birds that visit the property. However, there are a few other accommodations in town that welcome pets.

Neighbourhood Note
Our delightful neighbours are permanent residents or families enjoying their holiday homes. Much of the time, it's very quiet; however, houses and gardens need to be maintained, so there could occasionally be noise from such work.
