Extra spacious

Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
Relax with family and friends at Road Runner Crossing, peacefully nestled among native pine, oaks, shrubs and meadows in Prescott's picturesque Williamson Valley. Feel like you're at your own little ranch. Sit back on the covered deck and take in expansive views of Granite Mountain. Enjoy ever-changing open skies, colorful sunsets and dark starry nights. It’s a countryside setting away from it all, yet only 20 minutes to downtown. AZ TPT 21482102

The space
Inside the log cabin are 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 renovated bathrooms, a great room and new kitchen, plus laundry, all designed to host guests as a modern, restful space with western flair. Relax in the sauna. Sit in the covered alcove with the fire pit. Swing or rock or just chill on the deck. Have dinner in the dining pavilion with mosquito netting. Enjoy the vistas and wide open spaces Road Runner Crossing has to offer.

Guest access
The log cabin and carport are yours to use. There is a separate guest house adjacent to the garage that is being renovated and should be ready for guests summer 2025. You can also enjoy walking on the bridle/walking path that encircles our two adjacent properties on 13 acres. In addition, we have a Sports Court, with a basketball hoop and a net for pickleball, badminton etc. These amenities are shared by several other guest homes and spaces on the properties as well as by the owners and their family.

You may bring 1 or 2 dogs but there is a $100 pet use fee. When you enter the number of guests on your registration, please enter the number of pets you are bringing.

Other things to note
Minimum age of financially responsible person booking and staying on the property is 25 years old.

Booking guest must provide the full names of all adult guests in your group within 48 hours of booking to avoid an automatic cancellation of the reservation. You may add them through their Airbnb accounts so they can receive all our host messages directly. If that’s not possible, just send me a list of the names of adults and the ages of any children traveling with you.

Security cameras on premises. They overlook the front patio and entrance, the side of the house by the garage, and the back porch, back yard and fire pit areas.

Infants and children are counted toward the 8 person maximum number of occupants. No outside guests allowed.

Please note that the house is located in a rural location. Despite our best efforts, as well as our guests, all sort of bugs and pests find their way in, especially in the spring and summer. Its unavoidable. We can't always get a pest control to come right away or during your stay. We are a small town with limited resources. If bugs and pests are a concern, please do not book the Log Cabin. We have another property, Mountain View Airy Retreat, one mile away in a regular neighborhood that has less bugs in general.

Please note, in the winter months, generally starting in late November through early March, we may get snow and ice. Due to the location, and the cabin's setback from the street, we are not able to plow or shovel you out. Also, our street is among the last to get plowed. If your vehicle can't handle snow and ice, expect to stay in the house until the snow melts enough to drive through. You may also park your car very close to the street on these days to avoid being stuck, and not in the garage. We do provide a snow shovel and salt for you to clean up pathways.

Neighborhood highlights

Road Runner Crossing is a 5 acre property in Prescott's scenic Williamson Valley, that borders state trust land used for horse grazing. Our street is a quiet, dead-end road, with homes all set far apart. One mile up the main road is the Williamson Valley Trailhead. We are 20 minutes from Courthouse Square, 10-15 minutes from shopping/gas. Great location, close enough to town but feels like you're away from it all.
