EXCLUSIVE HEATED SALTWATER POOL: Enjoy our lovely, heated saltwater pool.
Salt water is softer on the skin and eyes and offers a natural swimming experience.
The swimming pool is shared with the owners, but we offer you a rare luxury: between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. the swimming pool is completely and exclusively reserved for you.
CONNECTED EVERYWHERE (High-Speed WiFi):
We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the premises.
Whether you're relaxing in the salon, preparing a meal in the outdoor kitchen, or lounging on the edge of the saltwater pool, you'll enjoy a perfect connection everywhere.
NATURAL COOLNESS & COMFORT:
Thanks to the excellent insulation, the house remains wonderfully cool, even in the high summer.
For extra comfort, the kitchen is equipped with air conditioning and fans are available in the other rooms.

Cozy sitting area with TV and a comfortable sofa bed.

The final cleaning of €60 will be automatically deducted from your booking.
No deposit:
We do not ask for a cash deposit upon arrival; we rely on the coverage through Airbnb AirCover.

In the village you will find:

- A shop (type of Spar with a postal service)
- Restaurant Saint-Anne 2.0 >> Day dishes from 16€ (also to be taken with you!)
- Traiteur "L'Instant": Tasty prepared dishes, a deli, a wine and beer cellar, fine products to take with you or to eat on site in the summer on the terrace in the village square.
- The Bar L'estanquet, ideally located in the center of the village on the shaded square is cozy, modern and lively (concert, karaoke...) and offers local and craft products (beers, lemonade, Gascon cola).
- A creperie “LA BASTIDE ST LOUIS”, with internet facility
- There is a medical center & a pharmacy
- The bank "Credit Agricole"
- A petrol station
- A Renault garage & one all brands garage "Bouchou".
- A charging station for electric cars can be found at "Parking 2" behind "La Halle au Chasselas" with the Tourist Info Center & Auditorium de Prayssas.
Parking 2 also has shaded parking spaces under solar panels.
In this parking lot are also the containers for house waste which are made available free of charge to the population as well as the tourists.

9 km from us is "Domaine de Quissat", producer of organic wines from south west France.
Prayssas, is described as a "village de caractère".
Every Sunday morning there is a farmers market in Prayssas where you can buy nice and tender meat from the mobile butcher.
There are also stands with seasonal fruit, vegetables & cheese, honey and so much more.
Truffle markets are organized in the fall and winter period.
On the occasion of these truffles markets, the municipality of Prayssas offers free tastings on a regular basis, which many residents enjoy as a tourist.
From the beginning of July to the end of August, night markets are held in Prayssas and the surrounding villages with a large variety of local cuisine.
You will always be surprised by the stirring music of different bands or DJs.
The following night markets are especially well known:
Monday: Saint Sardos (this picturesque hamlet is where the 100-year war began)
Tuesday: Damazan
Wednesday Prayssas - very friendly atmosphere, delicious food and music
Thursday: Aiguillon

The surrounding landscape is great for cyclists from different fitness levels, although there are no passes, there are some challenging climbs.

The beautiful city of Agen is 18 km away.
Here you will find a large variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as a train station.
There are regular trains to destinations such as Bordeaux, Paris and Toulouse.
The main weekly market days are Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Another big city (Villeneuve-sur-Lot) is at 21 km.
Prayssas is therefore ideally located, in the middle of these 2 large shopping cities and also between the 2 largest rivers, the "Lot" and the "Garonne" to explore the beautifully rolling region with the many views.
The ancient medieval town of Pujols a 'Plus Beaux Villages de France' is 20 km away. Located on a limestone cliff at an altitude of more than 180 m overlooking the valleys of Lot and Mail.
The center is built around a market square, the traffic-free streets are lined with half-timbered houses.
Inside the ramparts you can see the remains of the castle tower.
There is a weekly Sunday market, where a variety of fresh produce is sold.

- Swimming pool:
The 10m x 4m swimming pool is a heated saltwater pool (Bayrol automatic Salt AS7).
It is a lap pool (no splash pool).
Between 14:00 and 18:00 our guests have exclusive access to the pool, outside these hours the pool can also be used by the owners.

What do I take with me to the holiday logies?
Your beds are freshly made upon arrival, so you can enjoy your vacation right away!
For your comfort and optimal hygiene, we use high-quality disposable bedding from Toutlecojetable.
Should you prefer traditional bedding, we kindly ask you to bring it yourself.
