Just 2 hours from DC, this accessible, yet peaceful escape provides options for relaxation and outdoor adventure. Located 10 minutes from Romney, WV, this spot is convenient to hiking, river activities, hunting/fishing, and skiing. Explore or simply relax and enjoy life on the farm.

Enjoy the cozy elements of this tiny home with wood accents, large front porch and pond view. Wifi and ROKU tv on site.
Explore the farm while walking the meadow trails, picking blackberries and wildflowers, watching the birds and butterflies, and saying hello to the chickens, pigs, cows, and sheep.
In the evening, roast marshmallows by the fire pit, and don't forget to look up to see the Milky Way.
For breakfast help yourself to the fresh coffee, organic eggs straight from the farm, and fresh produce (seasonal). A variety of breakfast options will be provided based on availability.

Additional house rule - host reserves the right to charge and early check-in fee and/or a late check-out fee for guests that do not follow guidelines without asking permission in advance.
