My stylish desert sanctuary is right on the Golf Course, nestled next to two ponds.. gorgeous views. Your ahhh starts here!

Enjoy Healing Mineral Pools, Jacuzzis, Pickleball, Golf, Tennis, Gym, and Stargazing from the deck. Friendly, quiet, and fun community—this is the perfect place to relax, reset, and refresh. I look forward to hosting you, as I have for 9 happy years!

Welcome to my beautiful, serene, custom-remodeled Mid Century Modern Desert Designer Tiny Home! I created this luxe 400 sq. ft. 1-bed/1-bath escape for your comfort and resetting stay within the pristine, all-encompassing 55+ Caliente Springs Resort.

Resort Lifestyle & Amenities
This quiet, friendly, and serene community offers endless activities!
* Healing Mineral Pools (naturally heated), 4 Jacuzzis, and Sauna.
* Sports: Golfing (right on the 7th Tee!), Pickleball, Tennis, Shuffleboard, Gym, Water Volleyball, and Swim Aerobics.
* Relaxation: Yoga, Sound Baths, Sunning by day, and Stargazing at night from the deck.
* Social: Billiards, Card/Game Room, Jam Sessions, and Art Workshops.

My Tiny Home Sanctuary is my light and airy home and is your quiet nest. I offer gorgeous views of the golf course, pond, and desert wildlife (ducks, birds, bunnies!). I've set up a romantic, zen atmosphere:

* Comfort: Sleep soundly on a comfortable pillow-top mattress. Relax in my large, deep soaking tub.

* Tech: Fast Wi-Fi, Smart Samsung TV, Alexa, plus games, books, and puzzles. Desk available for work (if you must).

* Kitchen: Remodelled with new stainless appliances, including a Propane Gas Stove. I provide oils, spices, coffee, and tea.

* Deck: Features a dining set, couch, and large stainless BBQ for cooking and lounging with beautiful views.

Location & Access
* I am placed next to 2 Ponds and the 7th Tee.

* Hike or stroll right out the back gate into the vast desert wilderness, near the Southern Border of Joshua Tree National Park.

* Travel Times: 15 min. to Palm Springs Airport, 45 min. to JTNP, and 10 min. to Desert Hot Springs.

This is a quiet, peace-loving 55+ community. If you are looking for a place to get loud and party, please book elsewhere.

P.S. Pets are considered upon inquiry and approval. A fee applies, and sadly, cats are not permitted.

Guest access
Please note that you will be walking up a few stairs to enter and exit, you will step over the bathtub and into for the shower and the bed is on a platform (higher than a standard bed).

You will have the entire Posh Pod to yourself as well as access to all amenities the resort has to offer. If you are looking for a place to get loud and party, this spot will not be for you as the community enjoys and appreciates peace and quiet. We've got room for 2 cars parking in our space so you'll be right in the driveway.

The clubhouse is just about 3 blocks away, a nice walk on the grass or along the nicely kept streets. The clubhouse activities are free with the exception of classes and individually offered activities. Women's golf day is Tuesday and Men's golf day is Wednesday to get in on the scheduled fun, always open for all too.

Other things to note
Minimum age of 55 and photo ID is required to verify all staying guests, within 24 hours of booking.

Also please agree to my Rental Agreement and complete my Pre-Arrival Form within 24 hours of booking, this is for Liability, Insurance, Local Government and Resort Compliance. I really do appreciate your doing this!

Restaurants, groceries and stores are 10 minutes away in Desert Hot Springs or 20 minutes to fabulous Palm Springs.

No contact check in and check out process.

You'll get the door code, check in instructions the morning of your arrival, but, if you have any questions, please contact me anytime, I want you to have the best time!

Pet Policies:
We welcome your fury friends, but house-trained dogs only! $75 per pet, per stay. Be sure to stay with your pet, and make sure to keep your pet leashed at all times when outside. This is to keep your pet safe. Under no circumstances, leave your pet outside unattended.
We are in the wild! No pets allowed on furniture/beds.
No barking.
Owners must clean up dog waste, both inside and outside, and clean up after your pet.
Excessive messiness/hair will result in extra cleaning fees.

Caliente Springs is a very sweet 55 and over ages only park that attracts friendly, nice and most respectful people. We will get verification from you by getting a copy of all guests id's for all guests staying, we'll require this within 24 hours. We'll also get your rental agreement signed and delivered to us within 48 hours of booking.

If you are looking for a place to get loud and party, this spot may not be for you. The community appreciates peace and quiet at all times and in all locations.

Very clean, quiet and peaceful. Walking in the mornings or evenings is a lovely stroll or choose a power walk with wonderful views of San Jacinto and the vista views of the desert landscape. We boast a very large resort style pool, 4 Jacuzzi's, a Sauna in the Dressing/Shower Room, and a gym. If you like to socialize, of course we have Golf, Pickleball, Tennis and many other fun activities from Yoga to Water Volleyball, Billiards, card and game room, art workshops and more!
