Welcome to Porto Conte Bayview House in the small village of Maristella, Alghero. The house is located in the heart of Porto Conte Regional Park, surrounded by nature and close to the most beautiful beaches of the Coral Riviera: Bombarde, Lazzaretto with its coves, and Mugoni. Additionally, you can reach the nearby beach of Maristella on foot. It's an ideal base for exploring northwestern Sardinia by car.
The space
A three-level house furnished in a minimalist design in 2023. The house accommodates up to 6 guests, and is composed as follows:
- Ground floor with a kitchen featuring an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. Living room with TV & a comfortable sofa to relax on after a long day at the beach.
- Small patio with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
- The first floor features three bedrooms: one en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom that includes a bathtub, one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom. An additional bathroom with a shower and no window is also located on this floor. Each bedroom has access to a terrace, with one offering a view of Porto Conte Bay.
- A panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and Porto Conte Bay. Furnished with low wooden tables and outdoor lounge chairs with cushions, it's the perfect spot for breakfast or an aperitif while enjoying the view. Please note that the terrace is not covered, so it may not be suitable during the hottest hours of the day.
All bedrooms, as well as the kitchen and living room, are equipped with both hot and cold air conditioning.
Guest access
- Guests will not have access to the basement and the back courtyard.
- Free public street parking is available in front of the house.
- Public transportation in the area is limited; renting a car is recommended for convenience. Please read the "Where you'll be" section to learn more about Maristella.
- There are internal stairs leading up to all bedrooms, bathrooms, and the attic. In addition, access to the terrace requires going up a step and exiting through a window (not a traditional door). You will need to bend down slightly to pass through. For these reasons, the property is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or mobility issues.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. During high season, availability is very limited. In any case, early check-in is never allowed before 1:00 PM, and late check-out is not allowed after 12:00 PM.
Other things to note
- City tax of 2€ per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, is not included in the price. Children under 12 years of age do not have to pay.
- The property is located in a residential area surrounded by nature and woodland. Due to the location, Wi-Fi is weak and mobile phone reception is limited (not suitable for remote work).
