Close to Carters Lake, Cohutta Overlook and Fort Mountain State Park. 20 minutes from downtown Ellijay and 35 minutes from Blue Ridge. Tons of outdoor living spaces to soak up nature. Private lot on 5.24 acres with a pond. The home is 3 levels. Two bedrooms and a private balcony on the top floor.
