Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit. Amenities such as the pool, gym, and courts are available for a separate fee of ₱150 per guest, per amenity, per day, subject to building rules and availability.

Guests are required to personally process and pay for amenity forms at the admin office. Please note that the admin office is closed on Sundays and holidays. Office hours are until 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday, and until 1:00 PM on Saturdays only.

If you are checking in on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday and plan to use the amenities, kindly inform us in advance so we can assist with processing your amenity forms ahead of time.

Other things to note
For monthly stays (28 nights or more), electricity and water are included up to a monthly utility cap of ₱4,500. Any excess beyond the included amount will be charged separately based on actual consumption. This helps us keep long-stay rates fair and manageable for both parties.
