However, we’ve never had any safety issues, and for guests looking for a budget‑friendly option for a short trip or quick stay, this home is a perfect choice. You’ll be near the action and attractions while still enjoying an affordable and comfortable stay

House can sleep up to 10 guests; we can allow max 15 including visitors.

We do not have control over who might park on the parking spot designated for the complex for the unit you have booked. There are street parking available, but please read street sign we aren’t responsible for any city citations.

NO SMOKING INSIDE

Since this is Las Vegas and the heat can be tough on air conditioners, our thermostat is set and locked at 72°F to prevent system burnout. The temperature cannot be adjusted.

For extra cooling, please use the fans provided and keep doors and windows closed. If you prefer it warmer, we recommend wearing a light jacket or sweater indoors.
