On the evening of September 12, a small group will have a private gathering in a nearby dome. The event will only take place until the designated break time.

Sauna inside the house (about 2 hours) – 60 €
Hot tub + sauna (for the evening) - 140€
Advance reservation is required.
* When booking a hot tub additional service again in the following days - half the cost of the service.

We, the owners, heat the hot tub and sauna.
The hot tub is on the cabin's terrace. Sauna - inside the lodge. Guests do not share the hot tub or sauna with anyone during their stay.

🅿️ Upon entering the area on the right side of the road, you will see a house on the shore of the pond. On the left side of the road in front of the house there is a small parking lot.
🏠To get inside, follow the wooden path around the house. Entrance from the inside of the courtyard.
🌲During your stay you can use two ponds (one closer to the cottages, the other further away on the hill), you can climb the hill and drink tea, enjoy the views, use the fireplace, outdoor gazebo, you can walk around 8 ha of currant plantations (during the season you can eat as many berries as you wish), take a walk in the woods.
🦙🦙🦙To feed the alpacas, write us a message and we will prepare the treats while you watch and feed them, we will be able to tell you about these animals, which are very gentle and act positively like therapy.
🏖1 km from us there is a lake with a beautiful beach - you can walk, ride your bike or car.
🛒The nearest store is 3 km away. Supermarkets are 15 km away.

⚜Family VILLA is a homestead with love on the land of great-grandparents. The farmstead was founded in serbentyne near the barn of V.Kudirka. 1 km away. - Paežeri Lake. We invite you to explore the area of Vilkaviškis. To make it easier for you, we've arranged a travel guide. We highly recommend visiting Paežeri Manor and Vilkaviškis itself (15 km from us), which is more and more beautiful every day. 7 km from us is the historically famous village of Gižai. There is a “Gizai - the village of July” in the community. If you want the most delicious coffee (roasted in our neighborhood), be sure to visit the Premo cafe at the modern Vilkaviškis station. Meanwhile, the most pleasant staff and coziest atmosphere in the Hare Dome. The best menu is Luna Rosa.
