Feel the beach vibes with this lovely pet friendly holiday home! This home provides ample space for the whole family including the fur babies, it has spacious bedrooms and is surrounded by a lovely enclosed garden.

This holiday home is 800m from Franskraal beach as well as Uilenkraalmond Lagoon.

Newly built in 2022.

The space
This holiday home enough space for 6 people to comfortably stay without feeling cramped.

Kitchen, Lounge and Braai Area
Is one spacious room. The kitchen has a 8 seater dining table, equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dish washer. The lounge has a 6 seater couch with flat screen tv. The indoor braai area has a 4 seater bar table.

Main Bedroom and Ensuite
The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and dressing table with chair. The bathroom is equipped with shower, bath, basin and toilet.

Second Bedroom
The bedroom has a queen sized bed with desk and chair.

Third Bedroom
The bedroom has two single beds

Guest Bathroom
This bathroom is equipped with Shower, Basin and Toilet.

* All Bedrooms overlook the back garden with a mountain backdrop. Bedding and towels are provided.

Front Patio
The front patio has a 6 seater picnic table and weber.

Garage
Double garage with enough parking space for two cars, as well as driveway parking available. Washing machine and washing line is available.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property and garden.

Other things to note
Well behaved/house trained pets are allowed on the property and inside house, but NOT allowed on furniture or beds. If your pets are NOT house trained and lacks ability to excrete in designated areas such as outside on the grass or in litter boxes provided by yourself. Please leave your pets at home or alternatively do not book this house as additional cleaning fees will apply for the mess caused by pets.
