Welcome to Pointe Royale! This beautiful, walk-in condo (no stairs) has been newly remodeled and features an enclosed patio that overlooks the 17th hole! It is in a prime location to access all the resort's desired amenities.

The space
The living space features a TV with Roku, a queen-size sofa sleeper, and access to the enclosed patio featuring a game table and electric fireplace. Wake up and enjoy watching the duck and geese on the 17th hole while you sip your morning coffee by the fire.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook whatever you would like. The Ninja Coffee Maker allows you to brew a pod or carafe of coffee. The kitchen table is perfect for meals and games and seats 6. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for you to use.

The home sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably between 2 private king bedrooms, a queen sofa sleeper, and a rollaway twin bed located in one of the bedroom closets. The one private bathroom features a spacious shower while the other bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
