Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Enjoy your stay in this 1930's home right by Lake Erie. Walking distance to the beach, tennis & pickle ball courts, and the library. The home has original wood floors and trim, a working fireplace, and built in cupboards. The kitchen and bath are recently updated and the garage has been converted to a summer room. Backyard includes a small deck, outdoor tub, and driftwood picnic table. Close to wineries, shopping, restaurants, Lake Erie, covered bridges and public parks.

The space
Your hosts Ryan and Meeghan chose the furnishings with care and a sense of creativity. You will have fun exploring the vintage items and original artwork throughout the house. They have thought about things they would want to find in a vacation home and made sure to include anything you could want during your stay. This cozy 3 bedroom home has a working fireplace and a fire pit in the back yard. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for basic meal prep including a dishwasher. The extra "summer room" is a fun spot to hang out and play one of our board games or read on the glider. Kids love our outdoor vintage iron bathtub (available when temps are above freezing). Washer and dryer on site. Wi-fi and Roku are included. Off street parking. If you are in town on business, you can easily set up office at the desk upstairs and have reliable internet access. The bedrooms and main bath are on the second floor and the half bath is in the basement (utilitarian but clean) so guests will need to be comfortable with stairs. Smoke-free home. Your well-behaved pet is welcome but please let us know to expect you to bring an animal. (We will want to make time for some extra cleaning). If your pet is not reliably house-trained or destructive, we ask that you board your pet instead. We hope you enjoy and use the furnishings and just ask that you put things back in their place upon checking out. We provide a binder with local attractions, festival information, maps, and restaurant menus to help you find your way around the community.
