This coastal-boho home comfortably fits families and friends, offering a private dock, kayaks, and stunning sunset views over Mullet Pond. Nestled between Bald Point State Park and the Gulf, it's the perfect quiet getaway to relax and reconnect.
The space
Designed to capture the laid-back magic of Alligator Point, this home feels like a modern beach cottage tucked between the pines of Bald Point State Park and the tranquil waters of Mullet Pond. Every room is thoughtfully styled with rattan accents, warm woods, and curated art to create a space that invites you to slow down and unwind.
The bright, fully stocked kitchen features open shelving and flows into a dining area with a glass-top table, perfect for sharing meals. The comfortable living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure.
Sleeping Arrangements
Ground Floor King Bedroom: A calm retreat with natural textures and easy access to the main living area.
Ground Floor Bunk Room: Fun and functional, this room features twin-over-twin bunks, perfect for kids or extra guests.
Upstairs King Bedroom: A private, light-filled room with a comfortable king bed and soft linens.
Upstairs Open Loft: This airy space at the top of the stairs includes a queen bed and a full-size pull-out sleeper sofa. Please note this area does not have a door.
Outdoor Living & Entertainment
Step outside to embrace the coastal calm. Your private waterfront area includes a spacious deck for grilling, a breezy screened porch for morning coffee, and a private dock for fishing or launching the provided kayaks. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit to listen for the gentle rustle of pines.
Just off the back deck is a separate game room, complete with an air hockey/pool/ping pong combo table and a smart TV. This space also houses a full bathroom and all your beach gear—including a wagon, umbrella, chairs, and life vests.
