Kitchen has salt, pepper, oil for basic cooking needs. Pans, pots, skillets, plates, mugs, drink and wine glasses. Silverware and kitchen utensils are also provided.
We provide starter rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels. Complimentary hand soap, shampoo and body wash

1) Arrowhead Lake community does have additional mandatory fees not included in house rental rate (see "Other things to note")
2) Our community is located in a somewhat remote area, ideal for those looking to escape the city and highways. A car is required to reach both the community and our property.
We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Ahart, CVS, Weis, Walmart, ALDI.

All Arrowhead Lake Community HOA fees must be paid separately online **at least 1 day prior to arrival**:
💳 **Temporary Membership** (children under 6 free)
- 🌞 In Season (May 24 – Sept 2): $8.50/person/day or $42.50/person/week
- ❄️ Off Season (Sept 3 – May 23): $2/person/day
🚗 **Gate Pass:** $20/vehicle/stay
📝 **Administration Fee:** $20/stay
⏰ **HOA Late Fee:** $100 (applies if registration or payment is completed less than 3 days before arrival)

🖊️ After booking, we provide an online form to submit guest names, number of children, and car info.
⏳ All fees must be **paid at least 3 days before arrival** to avoid the $100 late fee.
📌 If your booking is made less than 3 days before arrival, the $100 HOA late fee will be added on the community registration form we provide.
🚫 The community does **not** accept registrations, payments, or changes made less than 1 day prior to arrival.
