This is a ground floor unit with no stairs. The unit is located on the quieter side of the Plaza Villas complex away from parking lots and street noise. The patios and windows face a lush greenbelt and the convention center behind the property.

One covered/reserved parking space is provided. Additional uncovered/non-reserved parking for one additional vehicle is available. This unit is in a gated complex.

**Due to the mechanical limits of air conditioning equipment and the extreme temperatures in the desert during summer months, thermostats cannot be turned below 72 degrees. 72 is a very comfortable indoor temperature when outdoor temps are over 105-120 degrees.

This home is a smoke-free and no-animal property.

Palm Springs has a few rules around renting in our city. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:

~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must present copy of ID.
~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (4 adults for this condo)
~ No more than 2 cars can be parked at the condo (1 per bedroom)
~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible outside the unit)
~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract)
