Our "Plan Baie" is for you! 😊

This house, renovated in 2023 for your comfort, will seduce you! Spacious, suitable for large families and groups, with its beautiful 800 m² garden 🌳

A stone's throw from the beach (8-minute walk via the "La Bunelle" Park) and the small village (3-minute walk). Great for picking up croissants in the morning!

The space
A 115 m² house, ideal for gatherings with family or friends, close to the beach, the bocce court and the municipal playground. It consists of:
On the ground floor:
- A fitted and equipped kitchen 🍽 as well as a back kitchen 🧺
- A large bright dining room
- A sitting area 🛋
- A separate toilet
- A master bedroom with private bathroom, shower + bathtub 💦

Upstairs:
-Three Bedrooms with double beds
- A bedroom with a bunk bed (the top bed is not allowed for children under 6 years old) and a single bed 🛌
- A bathroom with shower and toilet 💦

All on a beautiful plot of 800 m²🌳totally enclosed, with dog enclosure if necessary and a covered shelter.

Bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival.

The bakery and grocery store are a 5-minute walk away, 🥖 ideal for croissants in the morning. 🥐

Note: the natural beaches of Saint-Jean-le-Thomas, Dragey and Genêts are accessible for swimming at high tide. The rest of the time, as they are in the Bay, the sea retreats.

For hikes, access to the customs trail (GR223) is a 10 minute walk from the house. You can admire Mont-Saint-Michel, Tombelaine and the bay from the cliffs of Champeaux. The trail also allows you to discover the 3 Vauban cabins, the Lude Valley and go to Carolles, the entry point to the seaside beaches towards Granville.

For swimming at any hour of the day, the accommodation is a 10-minute drive from the seaside beaches (Carolles, Jullouville).

For crossings of the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the accommodation is a 5-minute drive from the Bay crossing departures (from Bec d'Andaine de Genêts).

For the visit of Mont-Saint-Michel, the accommodation is a 40-minute drive from the Mont-Saint-Michel car parks.

Electric off-road scooter and bike rentals are available at the "Trott'in baie" store, located a 3-minute walk from the property.

Guest access
The whole house and its garden are private, just for you for the duration of your stay.

Except for the garage and a room upstairs, which we keep for storage.

The electrical capacity of the house does not allow electric cars to be recharged. However, you will find an EV charger for your car a few meters away on foot, in the parking lot in front of the restaurant "L'Arômatique".
