We’re five minute drive north of Roxbury Ny. Close to 4 ski resorts and several cute upstate towns.
2.5 hours upstate from the GW. An hour NW from Woodstock NY.

3 Queen beds. Sleeps 6. Ground floor bedroom. Big sleeping loft and separate smaller sleeping loft.
