Welcome to our colorful paradise with hot tub- right on the Fairway. Wake up & sip espresso from the living room with fairway views before you head on an adventure. Walk across the street to tennis/pickleball, driving range, golf clubhouse, more. 1-10 minutes to many lake parks, playgrounds, trails, disc golf, Hood Canal pier, and more. Relax by our gas chimnea or wood fire pit, grill & take in the scenery; enjoy the Flamingo & golf (Flamingolf) theme and spacious interior, and king size bed.

This is our vacation home, and it is made to unwind and enjoy. Inside the home you'll find a freshly renovated, colorful & fun space to excite, plenty of natural light, and views from most rooms of the Fairway. The large kitchen is stocked with the basic tools, and includes an electric cooktop, wall oven, super-automatic espresso machine, and a dishwasher for convenience; and overlooks the dining room & living room so you can cook and enjoy time together easily. Looking for a variety of things to do? You are in luck, there is something for everyone! Our house is close to TONS of amenities - across the street from tennis & pickleball courts, basketball court, clubhouse of the Lake Cushman golf course, driving range; 2-minutes to disc golf, walking trails; minutes (3-10) from many lake parks (private to owners and their guests of the community) which offer swimming areas, incredible views, volleyball courts, playgrounds, docks and so much more. 5 minute drive to town which offers a public pier on hood canal, shops & restaurants, Hama Hama Oysters (famous tourist stop); 10 minutes from Potlatch State Park on Hood Canal; 5-15 minutes from many hiking trails, including parts of Olympic National Park.
Backyard overlooks the Fairway, and we frequently see deer and other wildlife hanging out in the evening hours just feet from our yard!
Guest access
Garage is not heated (or cooled by AC), so guests who want to use the garage gaming area need to dress appropriately for the temperature
Note: We do not have an "on demand" tankless water heater. Our water heater is a "standard" 50 gallon tank. On average these water heaters supply enough hot water for two average length showers. The second bathroom has two shower heads and will use the hot water up faster, but you can opt to turn the extra shower head off for longer hot water time. Once the tank is used up, it can take 1-2 hours to reheat the newly filled water in the tank.
Heads up: Not shown in photos, the home has a shed - which is not available to guests; but we will never access this area during guest stays.
Cell phone service: Service is not great in the area. We have used T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T all with varying degrees of success depending which phone was used. You can connect to our fast wifi. Two of the lake parks also have wifi.
Other things to note
Spacious home on a 15,000 square foot lot - you’ll have plenty of space to spread out!

Pets: Please note that we are allergic to pet dander and this is our personal vacation home that we frequent. Pet dander can be very difficult to remove; for our enjoyment of our space and other guests who may have allergies, please respect our no pet policy. If guests do not obide by this rule, additional cleaning fee of $200 will be taken from deposit to ensure allergens are removed from property.
Please do NOT feed any wildlife. Please clean up any food outside when finished.
Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoors.
Absolutely no fireworks allowed on premises.
Security Cameras: Exterior only - there are four security cameras in the driveway (it’s a very large driveway - 2 on the front driveway, 2 on the side driveway), one on the side of the house, 2 in the backyard (our yard is a double lot, so it’s much longer than most), and a front doorbell camera. We only monitor these cameras if you ring the doorbell or if we are not expecting guests to arrive. If you need assistance on arrival, feel free to ring the doorbell, the notification will come to our cell phone and we can help you right away.
**Liability Waiver: You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising during your stay at Pink Flamingolf on the Fairway and you hold the Property Owners, Host, and Outbound Holdings LLC harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that campfires, swimming, using hot tub, water proximity may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or using watercraft if a person has health risks, or while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for all accidents or injury that may occur inside or outside the home. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the property owners, the host, and Outbound Holdings LLC for accidents or claims regarding any and all incidents that may occur on the property, or associated parks. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirmation by booking this home constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between all Guests, the property owners, the Host, and Outbound Holdings LLC.
